This is a Slow Food Devon event in support of the North Devon Hospice. The Slow Food movement is an international non-profit making and campaign group founded in 1986 as a response to the standardising effects of fast food and frenetic pace of "fast life". Slow Food celebrates differences in taste, artisan food production, small scale agriculture and supports sustainable approaches to fishing and farming. (www.slowfood.com)
